Bjorn Ready to Go

Happy 2 months, baby!

I’m treasuring each day with you and so is your Dad. For the 2 month birthday, we decided to celebrate at Steamworks. Where else would we go???

Jia Li is learning to grab at things. She loves this blue elephant (thanks, Laurie).

Jia Li is finally big enough to fit in the Baby Bjorn really well. She loves this thing because she can be upright. She hates laying down unless she’s ready for some full on deep sleep. Once I get her in the Bjorn, she’s constantly looking around at her surroundings. I know she wants control of that little melon on her shoulders, she just doesn’t have it yet, but the Bjorn gives her just enough support to let her feel like she’s got the neck and head control.

It never fails though…once she’s done inspecting her surroundings, the Bjorn knocks her out and she’s snoring before I know it.

Nothing like a walk in the Baby Bjorn to get her to sleep. The pram is still too big for her! I don't see how it can be a size 0-3 months.

We’ve been taking advantage of the great weather out with runs and walks in the Chariot. This also puts the baby to sleep immediately, which is nice when she’s having one of those cranky days where she’s tired but can’t seem to fall asleep. She was all dressed for an outdoor adventure. I figured she was happy given the smile on her face, but her little bird told me otherwise!

Is she trying to tell me something?!?

Meanwhile, Jangles still loves using her stuff…
